I got a call out of the blue from supportonclick from and they said that there were there to fix my PC problems that i didnt know i had. BIG RED FLAGS: THEY WANT YOU TO DOWNLOAD A PLUG IN AND WANT TO HAVE REMOTE ACCESS TO YOU COMPUTER, also they said there will be a service charge fee of $100. I follow along up until they want to remote access then i make up a story that i have a hardware problem.
