We are building a large library of EA’s by subscription – saving traders hundreds of dollars. We are constantly monitoring desktops for infections and other risks. Several weeks ago, we found a trader had a virus on his machine. He obviously got it from a file he downloaded, etc.. That virus was detected in minutes and we notified him, and removed it for him. Do you think a big company will do that? Or will they make you wait hours in line for tech support after it has done damage? We are adding secureID tokens to give traders the maximum security. Do you think a big company will only do maintenance reboots outside *trading* hours or in the middle of any evening when the rest of the IT world does it? You should see how much we go through to make sure the traders are running happy. Everything around these plans is designed for traders. Our customer service is second to none.
