    restart your pc, click alt+f10 rapidly, click system restore points, click factory settings, wait for 1-2 hours. factory settings means it will restore to the poit you FIRST turned on your computer. Just to remind you that this will delete all your programs such as games. This is at your own risk i will nit have any responsibilities if something goes wrong

    i ended up taking it to the computer shop and he just wiped it clean and used a recovery disk (which i had downloaded one of my own from the internet but had lost it before i used it because i didnt want to wipe everything from my computer) + it had windows error 10050 which stopped it from connecting to the internet but its sorted now just nothing on it

    Hey, i have this problem.. My windows asked me to download some updates and i did. and then it told me to restart my laptop. So when i restarted my laptop.. Instead of giving me an option to log in like usual.. it started configuring the updates and its stuck on 3 of 3 with 0%. i left it like that for hours but it restarts on its own and goes to the same situation. Please help me! whats the solution to this? :(

    Hello the only way to do that is to do a complete windows install an you would need the recover disk for that.

    That’s a really hard process if you have never done it before you would need the system install disk that came with your PC

    A system restore will not remove any files on your machine it will only restore your system to a more stable restore

    No System Restore will not wipe out everything only a full windows install will
