Internet/firefox/computer/vide… Problem… How Do I Fix This?

Whenever I am watching videos of any kind whether is youtube or internet movies, after around 2-5 minutes of watching a video, it abruptly lags and the video goes back to the beginning but doesn’t play. Then i have to reload it. This has happened every single time i watch videos.
However recently my firefox has gotten new updates and this stopped happening for about 2 days. Now it has been happening again. How do i fix this?

You probably need the latest Java Runtime program to download, or the latest flash player for the best perfrmances, try to look for them by searching Flash Player on Google and type Java there too after.
