I have never heard of this issue, but what i would advise you do is to run the program in windowed mode first, so right click the crysis shortcut and at the end of the file path add -windowed and then open the file.
Hello guys, its been a long time, so if your having admin issues and you have an admin account, there is several things you can do.
1) Open the files properties and make sure it isn’t locked or read only.
2) Open the files properties and go to the security tab and make sure all user accounts have full access, in some cases i have seen where some files cut access off to certain accounts.
I had the same problem with the access denied thing and when I tried this it worked completely! So, I copied and pasted the diff_easy.cfg file from the specified folder to my desktop,added the cheatcodes and pasted it back to the specified folder and it worked. All you have to do is press continue whenever it asks you to.

What I did was copy the original file and save it somewhere else, then edit how you like then copy and paste back into the original folder and select “move and replace” it will ask for elevated privileges but just say yes and it works fine.
i didnt have the infrared resiver so now aim fucked
well just save it to desktop, then draw it to the folder and overwrite
