Dell XPS M1530 Touch Pad Mouse Freezing / Stalling

This vid shows my Dell XPs M1530 mouse freezing and stalling. This happens about every 10 minutes and the freezing/stalling lasts between 5 and 10 seconds. I have reinstalled Alps touch pad drivers, Video Drivers, Chipset drivers, and Bios, and done a clean install. Dell replaced my first M1530 for the mouse problem under the 21 day warranty return policy, but my replacement unit has the same problem.
